About Coaching

Ask yourself...

  • What are you putting up with at the moment?
  • What do you think you should be doing right now, professionally or personally?
  • What things are frustrating you about yourself, your life, your work, others?
  • What do you really want in your personal or professional life?

If any part of these questions strikes a cord with you, coaching could help you to make the difference

Coaching will …

  • Help you achieve your goals by facilitating you to find new strategies to support you.
  • Coaching helps to move you from the present to the future.
  • Assisting you to get from where you are now, to where you want to be.

My Qualification..

  • I completed the Personal Development Diploma in Life Coaching with The Coaching Academy, experts in their field.
  • I qualified with a Distinction.
  • The Diploma involved coaching over 36 sessions over 6 months, with 3 assessments
  • Attending 6 intense accelerator day workshops in Latimer, Buckinghamshire
  • Around 120 hours of pre and post course work.
  • The Coaching Academy has a Code of Conduct, which I practice.

How Coaching works…

  • The relationship will be totally confidential
  • The focus of the sessions is on taking you from where you are now and helping you to decide how to move on
  • The agenda rests with you
  • You will follow a set agenda for action
  • You will explore your own issues and actions
  • As the coach, working with you I will ask questions to find out more about you and your current situation
  • The sessions will work towards a defined goal
  • The relationship will empower you to take your own course of action
  • You will feel supported and motivated
  • Coaching speeds up the personal learning experience
  • Every person is unique and that will be recognised

What coaching is not…

  • Coaching is not counselling or mentoring or consulting.
  • It is not giving advice.
