I found coaching helped me to reflect on the complexity of tasks I want to achieve or undertake in my life. Coaching enabled me to be more effective with forward planning my time and allowed me to focus on realistic timescales for me. Working with Jane helped to positively reinforce what I am currently doing well and acknowledge what I have already achieved. I also found that coaching has helped me to recognise things that I want to achieve in the future and working with Jane I now have the tools to achieve this

I have found coaching very helpful, I am the sort of person that leaves things that need doing to the last minute!, Since I have been working with Jane I have had a few urgent things that have needed to be done, Jane has taught me how to write things down day by day and prioritise, I find this very helpful and it has enabled me to reach my goals, coaching has made me happy instead of stressed, I need help with motivation and Jane has helped me by showing me different tools I can use to help

Jane has given me support, guidance and belief. She has supported me along each step of my chemo, without letting me forget what it is all about and what my final goal is. Jane has made this most complex issue easy for me to understand. It has been like having a large ball of string which she has helped me to unravel and make sense of

Over the last six sessions of life coaching with Jane, I have been able to set and start working towards personal goals that I have set myself. I have been able to achieve this with Jane showing me ways in which I can make my goals achievable for me. I am also able to manage stressful situations more positively, which has had a huge impact on my life both mentally and physically. I now feel that I am in more control of my life and the way in which I want to live it

Coaching has made me stop and think about what I was and was not doing and why. I realised how much emotions affected what I did and what was stopping me. Coaching made me recognise that I do have a lot on with the house renovations and impending move, a new baby and full time job. Coaching has helped me to prioritise and ask and accept help from others. It also made me put me first in terms of achieving weight loss and making time to reflect at the end of the day, coaching and working with Jane has made me calmer and very importantly provided me with a feeling of being in control

I have thoroughly enjoyed my coaching experience with Jane. She was consistently caring, supportive and always enthusiastic, hence lifting my spirits at times if I was ever down as a result of a ‘bad day’ at work. I have always been goal orientated before the coaching sessions and was not sure how I would benefit, but after having six sessions with Jane I have realised that I have increased my motivation and ambition levels and have prioritised my actions with the help and support of Jane, I have leant a lot more about myself and would definitely recommend Jane as a coach

On the first session I had many things I needed to do but never knew where to start, Jane has made me realise that things are achievable with a bit of planning and organisation. By my last session I had achieved all of the things I had set out to and more. I have found working with Jane to be a fantastic way of organising my time. My family are now much happier and so am I. I recommend that everyone, even if you do not think you would benefit for coaching, to take an hour of their time to see a coach namely Jane as the benefits are amazing
